We answer questions about the status of your case. For example the legal status of your residence permit or whether we have received any documents you may have sent us. 

If you have questions about a case, please have the case number (DUF-number) or social security number available before you call.

If you have new information about your case, it is important that you send it to us.

Sending information electronically

We encourage you to use our digital forms. It is the fastest and most secure channel. All information you send us will be encrypted. You do not need to have a Norwegian social security number to use our digital forms.
