The Information Service answers inquiries about your case

Monday to Friday between 9.00 – 11.00 and 12.00 – 15.00

The Information Service answers questions about the status of your case. For example the legal status of your residence permit or whether we have received any documents you may have sent us. If you have applied for protection (asylum) or travel documents, the Information Service may forward your call to the case officer in charge. In all other cases, the Information Service will answer your questions.

Please have your case number (DUF-number) available before you call.
