Standardised practice overviews is a quality assurance measure intended to contribute to the equal treatment and due process protection of the appellants.

Procedure descriptions (RB) provide detailed procedures for practical case processing. They describe the concrete procedures for how UNE considers and decides cases. The procedure descriptions are only available in Norwegian.
