The Ministry of Justice and Public Security has sent a consultation letter concerning a proposal that families with children who were forcibly returned during the period 1 July 2014 – 18 March 2015, and who had lived in Norway for at least four years, shall be given an opportunity to have their case reconsidered under the new regulatory provision that entered into force on 8 December 2014.
